Ashley Darby is an American television personality and singer. Her fame was boosted after she won Miss District of Columbia in 2011 and has been an integral part of The Real Housewives of Potomac since the show's inception beginning in January of the year 2016. Ashley Darby, an entrepreneur and philanthropist with a love for health holistic and hospitality, is an ardent entrepreneurial. As a Maryland born, with a fiery personality Ashley was infused with tenacity and an unmatched drive to succeed. Ashley was brought up by a single mother to provide for the younger children and Ashley's older siblings. As she approached the age of 18, Ashley enrolled at University of Maryland while bartending as a side hustle. It helped her maintain financial stability for both her and her family. Ashley began bartending while she was at an event called the Miss District of Columbia Pageant. In 2011, Ashley won the Miss District of Columbia Pageant crown. Ashley started with Michael Darby. He is a real estate millionaire from Australia who has an impressive 29 years experience. Ashley was introduced to a completely new world, and was exposed to sparks that flew. Ashley was married to Michael in 2018, and the couple became proud parents Dean Michael (born in 2019) and Dylan Matthew (2021). After eight years couple, they divorced in 2022. Ashley has been certified to teach yoga. She believes that peace within is vital, however so is physical fitness. Even though she's having the fun of her life Ashley is working on how to balance love family business and motherhood. Ashley's occupation is that of a television host. Her first job was as a waitress in order to support her family. She's always enjoyed entertainment as well as fashion. Then she entered the pageant with her wholehearted determination. She also won the title, and was also crowned Miss District of Columbia in the year of 2011. In the following year, she entered at Miss America but didn't win the title. However, she was awarded the scholarship. She received $5000 in scholarship funds and also received the John Curran Award of Non-Finalist Interview.
